Working Group on Measurement of the Noise Aboard Ships
Chair: ASA Standards
Scope: Development of standards for the measurement and evaluation of noise generated by ship equipment and machinery components. Instrumentation and measurement procedures, data presentation, and reporting requirements, as well as machinery acceptance criteria and monitoring will be considered.
Responsible for the following published standards:
