Working Group on Subjective Speech Intelligibility Testing

Chair: ASA Standards

Scope: Develop and maintain standards for the subjective measurement of speech intelligibility over communication systems as affected by spectral, amplitude and temporal modification, and by noise. Communication and liaison with related ANSI WGs. Liaison with the corresponding IEC and ISO standards groups. Coordination of the US vote on related or parallel international standards. Follow and report on current research and industry developments related to this field.
