Impulse Noise with Respect to Hearing Hazard
Chair: ASA Standards
Scope: Develop and maintain standards and/or technical reports for the determination of human exposure and estimation of induced hearing impairment due to impulsive noise. Communication and liaison with related ANSI WGs. Liaison with the corresponding IEC and ISO standards groups. Coordination of the US vote on international standards in this field. Follow and report on current research and industry developments in this field.
