Scope: Develop and maintain standards in the area of vibration and shock measuring instruments. Maintain communication and liaison with related ANSI WGs, relevant US regulatory agencies and relevant ISO standards groups.

Responsible for the following published standards:

• ASA/ANSI S2.2 – Methods for the Calibration of Shock and Vibration Pickups
• ASA/ANSI S2.46 – Characteristics to be Specified for Seismic Transducers
• ASA/ANSI S2.61 – Guide to the Mechanical Mounting of Accelerometers
