S3/WG88: Working Group on Audible Emergency Evacuation Signals

Scope: Develop and maintain standards for Audible Emergency Evacuation Signals. Communication and liaison with related ANSI WGs. Liaison with any corresponding IEC and ISO standards groups. Coordination of the US vote on related or parallel international standards. Follow and report on current research and industry developments in this field. Responsible for the following published standard:

• ASA/ANSI S3.41 – Audible Emergency Evacuation (E2) and Evacuation Signals with Relocation Instructions (ESRI).
