How to Connect to the Server

Windows

  1. Copy this link exactly: ftp://72.167.34.78/
  2. Open File Explorer (shortcut Windows Key + E)
  3. Paste the link into the address bar at the top and press Enter
  4. Enter your username and password. Do NOT check “Save password”! You won’t be able to log in with a different account in the future if you do. Then click “Log On”.

macOS

  1. Click this link: ftp://72.167.34.78/
  2. Click open Finder.
  3. Click Connect to Server.
  4. Paste the address of the server into the text box.
  5. Press Connect.
  6. Enter your username (name) and password. Do NOT check “Remember this password in my keychain”. Then click “Connect”.

How to View Files

  1. Drag the file from the server to your computer
  2. Open the file

How to Create New Files (Working Group Chair Only)

  1. Create the file on your computer first
  2. Drag the file from your computer to the server

How to Edit Files (Working Group Chair Only)

  1. Drag the file you want to edit from the server to your computer
  2. Edit the file on your computer
  3. Drag the file back to the server

How to Delete Files (Working Group Chair Only)

  1. Right-click on the file you want to delete
  2. Click Delete
