Working Group on Noise Canceling Microphones

Chair: Richard McKinley

Scope: Develop and maintain standards for defining directional (noise discriminating) and noise canceling microphones and microphone systems and describing procedures for measuring their performance in a noise field. Maintain communication and liaison with related ANSI WGs, relevant US regulatory agencies and relevant IEC, ISO, ITU, TIA and IEEE standards committees.
