Scope: To develop standards for the measurement of ground run-up and flyover noise for high performance (supersonic jet flow) aircraft
Responsible for the following published standards:
- ASA/ANSI S12.75 – Methods for the Measurement of Noise Emissions from High Performance Military Jet Aircraft
- ASA/ANSI S12.76 – Methods for Measurement of Supersonic Jet Noise from Uninstalled Military Aircraft Engines
