We’re delighted to announce the recent publication of a newly revised ASA Standard – S12.61-2024, Declaration and Verification of Noise Emission Values of Machinery, Equipment, and Products. The ASA Standards Program is pleased to announce the newly revised ANSI/ASA S12.61-20XX standard, which provides updated guidelines for measuring and evaluating workplace noise exposure. These revisions improve accuracy, consistency, and alignment with industry best practices, helping organizations better assess and manage noise-related risks in occupational environments. We’re delighted to announce today the publication of a newly revised ASA Standard – ASA/ANSI S1.42-2023 titled: Design Response of Weighting Networks for Acoustical Measurements. Note: if you purchased and continue to use/refer to the previous version of this newly revised standard – which was designated ASA/ANSI S1.42-2020 – please know this previous standard is now obsolete and must be replaced with this new version just published (ASA/ANSI S1.42-2023).
