Annotation Standard audiograms for pure-tone air or bone-conduction thresholds are generally plotted for hearing levels from –10 to 120 dB HL for audiograms used in clinical environments and from 0 to 100 dB for audiograms used in industrial settings, at frequencies from 125 to 8000 Hz; see C11.26.
